Numerology/Astrology for 4/10/20

4/10/20 is the number 9. If you add the 4 + 1 + 0 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 = 9.

First I want to say how wonderfully everyone is doing at self-isolating. On the whole, the majority are heeding the suggestions and doing their best to stay home and care for those in your immediate family. That is allowing the earth to heal in amazing ways and showing you that while change is hard it is not impossible. That we can stop pollution with our choices and actions is an incredible realization. That we are and have been the problem is another. And finally that our actions going forward need to force our governments to actively make corporations do what is right and good for the planet.

Astrology Today

The Moon will be in Scorpio until later afternoon and then it will move into the spirited and fiery sign of Sagittarius. You might feel restless and inconsistent from that point forward. Take the time to educate yourself so that you can deal with this massively changing world.

But before that we are still dealing with The Moon in Scorpio sextile Pluto. This makes you want to get out into nature. But many places will not allow you to go to your favorite beaches or outdoors places. It forces us to deal with what we are feeling with no distractions. This is a good thing even though it is uncomfortable for some.

The Moon in Scorpio sextile Jupiter in Capricorn. The question is, “What can you do for another right now? Let out your artistic side and discover a part of you that you have never had time to explore.

The Moon in Scorpio trine Mercury in Pisces. Your mind is ready to learn and your intelligence is coming back online. You just needed a deep rest so you could reset your energy pattern. Be open. New is not necessarily bad.

The Moon in Sagittarius in the early evening will sextile Saturn in Aquarius. Organization and responsibility weight heavy on the mind. You want to take great care and deliberation in your choices and actions.

As you are asleep, Mercury will go into Aries. Know tomorrow you are going to be constructive and focused in your mind and actions. Be careful that those passions do not become aggressive.

Venus in Gemini will sextile Chiron giving you an ability to heal others with your words and interactions. You are being softened and given a chance to heal and enhance your connections to those that you love and care for the most. It is time to let things go from the past and repair important relationships.

Quote

There is a new way for humanity to live with life.
It requires us to radically change our ways.
Mother Earth is showing us how much of
what we are doing is pointless and has no meaning.
It is clear that our busyness is avoidance of something deeper.
We are in a place of chronic, addictive, disassociation.
And it is killing the planet.
It is time for us to grow up and stop
avoiding what needs to be done.
Notice how much you do not really need to do.
Notice how much you need to cultivate
a new speed and tempo to your life.
Notice that connection become the most
important thing.

Another Peru story

Back to the first time I went to Peru with my dancer friends.

Before I went on that trip, a friend had been to Peru and had given me a stone from Machu Picchu. I had been working with a Peruvian shaman named Don Americo Yabar and I know that stones to the Inca are sacred and taking a stone from such a place is very, very wrong. When that person gave me the stone, I knew this was a sacred object and was considered a “Sulka stone” or a “wild stone”.
This stone was not happy to be away from Peru. This stone was so loud that I was unable to even keep it in my home. I had to put it outside. And I promised the stone that I would take it to Peru and back to Machu Picchu.

So when that trip was created it was high on my agenda to take the stone back to where it belonged. When we got to Aquas Calientes (which is the city at the base of Machu Picchu), we met a shaman who took us up to the “City of Light” and as we went in, he took us to the top place which was around the Sun Temple.
The shaman told us that traditionally one would walk the Inca trail to get to this city and come through the Sun Gate. Once inside the area of the city, you would sit and meditate to ask for the spirits of this city to grant you permission to do your pilgrimage into the “City of Light”. Then you were to wait until you had a sign that it was okay for you to enter the city.
He said that we did not have all day to do this but out of respect to the souls still here, we would meditate for 20 minutes or so and then move on.

So we all sat and I pulled out my Mesa (my sacred tablecloth with my sacred stones) and I had the stone from Machu Picchu hidden inside a folded cloth. Within 5 minutes it suddenly sounded like a 747 airplane was landing on my head! I quickly opened my eyes to see and feel a condor flying straight down into the city and it touched his wingtip on the top of my head as he flew down.
I was startled, so was everyone else.
The shaman jumps up and points to me and says, “Who are you!” in a very strong voice.
I said, “I am Suzanne Wagner”.
He said, “No! Who are you to this temple? Who are you to this land? The city of light recognizes you and you are sacred to this place. We have not seen a condor here in over 7 years because they do not like the busyness of tourists. They prefer solitude. So I ask again, Who are you!”

I honestly did not know what to say. As I said, many strange circumstances and synchronicities happen to me whenever I am in Peru. This was another one.

I told him that perhaps the condor had recognized me because I have a stone that someone brought to me from Machu Picchu. Then I pulled the stone out and the shock and anger in his eyes was visible. I repeated that this was my first time there and someone had brought it to me and I knew that it needed to come back home.

Then he said that we had to do something special and took me into the caves under Machu Picchu.
Yes, there are caves under the ruins and they are ridiculously small and claustrophobic. But down I went into the bowels of this place and he did a ritual to bring the stone back and to purify it by bringing it deep into the sacred center of this ruin.

In life I look at those feelings that compel me forward. This was one of those. That stone came to me to give me added incentive to go to Peru and discover parts of my lost self. I hope each of you listen to those promptings and after the Covid-19 self-isolation, you too will follow those promptings that will lead you into a new and deeper awareness of who you really are.
