Numerology/Astrology for 2/19/17

2/19/17 is the number 4. The number 4 reminds us that staying in balance is a choice that you make in each and every moment regardless of circumstances happening outside and often beyond your control. It is not the actions of others that define how we feel but our response to those actions. Never allow another person to disrupt your personal peace. This is the number of the Archangels, so you might want to call upon them to assist you in moving in a way that is conscious and calm. Life is about dealing with difficult and sometimes unpleasant tasks in a way that is focused and aware. External upsets often allow us to recognize that we need a way to put ideas into new forms and it can encourage realistic responses rather than approaching the challenges from a place of blind faith. This is a moment that each of us has to look at our own life and see what is honestly working and what is not. Then do something to change so that the outcome serves the greater whole not just egos. This number is about learning to adapt. At first adaptive change feels clumsy and less than graceful. But know that you are trying and that is worth a lot in the larger scheme of things. Do your best to stay out of your head and keep opening the heart to include others and allow for the infinite possibilities that exist on this planet. Limiting thoughts create dis-ease. Open your mind to new thoughts, open your heart to learn to love others that are different than you, and open your spirit to feel the connection that moves through all living things on this earth.

The Moon is in Sagittarius all day, allowing a bit of curiosity and spontaneous movement. You are ready to embrace new situations and begin a new adventure. In this moment, you require less prompting than usual to get moving and learning. You are sick and tired of the old reality and exhausted by the repetition of the pounding of opposite forces that are caught in a stalemate. It is time to try some new things to generate movement. Anything that breaks the routine is appealing now. The Moon’s trine to Venus in Aries this morning points to pleasant activities and interactions with others, as well as expressing your enthusiasm and affection easily. With the Moon forming a square to Neptune midday, you may be wrestling with your old beliefs, your old expectations and how neither seems to be getting you the movement you thought you would generate. This is a good time to dream up some big ideas but before you put them into motion, should probably wait. This is a reactionary day not one where you are actually in a clear state of mind. Be prepared and think things through before you respond to external challenges.

Quote

I no longer look for the good in people, I search for the real…

Because while the good is often dressed in fake clothing,
real is naked and proud no matter the scars.

Once upon a time there was a land of the free.
The story of this amazing land was heard far and wide.
Many people risked everything to find this Shangri-La.
For centuries the bravest and the boldest,
the smartest and the wisest
journeyed to this amazing place
and that land became powerful, rich, and great.
But one day there was a shift.
There were people that were greedy and did not want to share.
They wanted to keep this beautiful land to themselves
and they started to pass laws
to make it more and more difficult
for others to come to this Shangri-La.
The great stories faded from the minds of the seekers
And as the walls were built up to keep out others
the great land collapsed
into a place of greed and mediocrity.
Many great cultures have done this exact same thing
over and over again.
A land can grow only as much as it allows in new ideas, thoughts, cultures, and perceptions.
Otherwise it stagnates and becomes protected, small, and eventually insignificant.
There are those out there that wanted to make this land great.
But it already was great.
When you cannot see the beauty in diversity
you destroy the momentum of progress.
