Numerology/Astrology for 10/25/17
Just a reminder that I am on a trek and Internet may be sketchy or non-existent. Therefore, I am putting up the astrology a bit ahead so if I miss a blog that you will still have the astrology if you just look backwards. Today is my attempt at that. Keep this one flagged so you can refer back to it.

10/25/17 is the number 9. I know I am again attempting to complete things as I go on this journey to Nepal. This is one of those few lifetimes that you can go to places and transport yourself back in time to connect with your past lives and assist your soul’s evolution to a higher and more compassionate place. I am looking forward to seeing the famous caves and the glorious Himalaya again. I will be sending prayers for the completion of all of your soul’s karmic journeys as well. May hearts open in compassionate grace. May all those that choose to show power by hurting and harming others awaken and see the pathway to the light and goodness that is in the world far surpasses anything they could manipulate and steal from others. Namaste.
The Moon is in Capricorn all day, harmonizing with the Sun, Jupiter, and Neptune. With the emotional Moon in this practical sign, you may look for ways to feel more secure and in control of your life. While you may be focusing on practical affairs, you also have opportunities to draw upon your inner wisdom and intuition to understand what’s happening. Previously hidden or unacknowledged talents may emerge now because you need them more than ever. This combination encourages your ambitions and resourcefulness. The Sun and Jupiter are moving towards a conjunction, exact tomorrow afternoon, stimulating positive visions of the future and a sense of new hope. On the 26th, the Sun aligns with Jupiter to help you present yourself in a good light. The Moon is in Aquarius starting Friday morning until Sunday afternoon. This supports Halloween parties as Aquarius allows the eccentric weirdo within to come out. It is also a social moon. Halloween on the 31st is under an introspective void Moon, great for sacred meditation ceremonies on Samhain.  Better social days for Halloween parties are the 27and 28th. On a more practical level, put your core life force into big projects and be willing to step into your higher philosophical self to accomplish those projects. However, Friday evening has a challenge between Venus and Pluto so avoid pushing your hidden or naughty desires onto the person you are attracted to.

Warrior Mars entered peace-loving Libra back on October 22 until December 8th. This uncomfortable combination asks you to practice assertive diplomacy, not unlike Mahatma Gandhi. It also supports you in seeking new relationships, as long as you are not overly aggressive. The other relationship planet, Venus, moves through intense Scorpio starting on the 7th through the end of the month. You want to go well below the surface in all your emotional connects, as Scorpio is associated with deep issues that push everyone’s buttons- sex, death, taxes! In regard to the USA Thanksgiving Day holiday, there are a couple of days to be careful while traveling. At the Scorpio, New Moon on the 18th and 19th, “go really fast” Mars is challenging obsessive Pluto. Be careful of pushing limits and be polite if you get caught speeding. On the days surrounding the 22nd, Neptune is ending his; five-month retrograde cycle. The negative of this is people driving while tired or distracted. The positive side of this shift is being able to open to a new vision for your life. Thanksgiving Day has the moon moving into social and eclectic Aquarius at 12:14 PM PST through Saturday. It’s a great time to meet new and eccentric people and hear innovative ideas. Since Aquarius rules technology, Black Friday will sell a lot of technology-based holiday gifts.

Blog
I am in Delhi and it is 5:07 am. Yes, I should be asleep but I am doing the jet lag flip and while that is happening I will get this blog out. I was reading an article in the Cathay Pacific Airlines magazine and it was talking about all those children right now that have two parents from two cultures often living in a third culture such as Hong Kong. These children are multicultural, multinational, speak more than two languages and often two versions of Chinese such as Mandarin and Cantonese, as well as having access to money, education, and power unlike anything we have previously experienced. They are children who (because of their situation) have learned adaptive skills that are much more inclusive than other “pure” cultural situations. They are smarter, faster, and they have little or no prejudice against a culture, color, ethnicity, gender, or ways of doing things. These children are shaping the world we are in and they are booming in power, money, and influence. Once again, I just want to point out the ridiculous position of one group being superior to another. Those that believe such things are losing the battle quickly and I am very happy about that. Those that are innovative and shaping the world into a place where there can be more understanding are not white, black, or any color. They are a blend and a mix. If anyone has lived outside the US and I mean “lived” for years outside the US, will know and understand what I am talking about. The balance of power is changing right out from underneath the old judgmental, prejudice, and biased powers that have had control over this country. And it is us that will have to change because there are way more of them. And they have more power and influence coming up than any narrow mind can comprehend at this time.
