6/14/18 is the number 4. The number 4 is about balancing inner wisdom with systems of order. But the astrology in cahoots with this number can make balance a bit cumbersome. It becomes clear that to complete difficult tasks right now is going to be hard, unpleasant, and you may feel ineffective and clumsy trying. But try you must. Fate is something that you often cannot completely control. No matter how much the mind and ego tell you otherwise. In such moments you must stand, do the work, and protect to the best of your ability the things that really matter in this world. You have to be realistic and dependable, centered and practical. Change might not be easy today but necessary. You can do this. Share your authentic self and no matter what things will eventually work out.

Astrology Today

Keep a low profile on Thursday evening as there are minor challenges between value systems- no sense fighting over unimportant stuff! That is because of this morning’s Sun-Mars challenge. It has a nasty tendency to rile up even the best of us. You might feel a bit, “Die Hard with a Vengeance” today. This energy craves action but directing that energy constructively is quite another thing. Do your best to organize some sort of plan or direction because if this energy is left to its wayward pattern it may lead to conflicts, arguments, and at the very least a feeling of impatience.

Getting close to someone this evening might be next to impossible because Venus forms a square to Uranus tonight, with a minor challenging aspect between Venus and Neptune. So let go of the expectation that someone is going to fully show up for you at that time. You are going to need to take care of yourself and do what you need done without expecting others to be their normally helpful self.

Venus in Leo wants to have constancy and presence in its interactions with others. And yet, Uranus challenges this with its desire for freedom and independence. It seems like life is creating opposites that have to be dealt with. Circumstances seem to put freedom on one side of the coin and intimacy on the other. Don’t act out on a whim, even though you might be having sudden and unusual attractions. While you fear that you might lose your independence. You can see this acting out in the world right now. You might be noticing that some people seem frustratingly indifferent when you would prefer for someone or anyone to go all in with you. Just know that astrologically we are heading into a Venus-Neptune sesquiquadrate. And this aspect has a nasty tendency to seduce you into believing things that you want to believe. So take off those rose-colored glasses now.

There is a special place in hell for those that lie.
Those that manipulate others consciously even more so.
It is one thing to inadvertently spread a lie and that does have consequences.
But quite another to actively, knowingly tell lies that hurt, harm, maim, enact violence, cause suffering, or even death by inciting others to act upon those lies that were told.
May the divine have mercy on those souls.
