Numerology/Astrology for 4/3/15

Today we are in the number 6. Learning to balance your intention with the situations that life offers is the challenge. The number 6 is associated with your spiritual strength, values, and your unselfish desire to serve humanity. Learning to have empathy and practicing unconditional love is the key to vibrating you to the next level of awareness. Simplicity is what is being called for today. Confusion, chaos, and busyness are tools of the ego mind to distract you off what is really important. Be aware of any hypercritical tendencies or a desire to appear as morally superior as both are indications of a weak mind and a deep inner insecurity. The Moon leaves the sign of Virgo at 3:09 AM EDT, and enters Libra.  Decisions do not come easily while the Moon is in Libra. Seeing both sides to any given situation is the main reason for hesitation. Fear of losing others’ approval is another. Balancing your personal desires with those of another is likely to figure strongly now. Moderating, negotiating, and compromise are themes today. You are building towards a Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse in the sign, which will occur tomorrow morning. Today, you are especially sensitive to imbalances in your relationships and in your environment. Events occurring now can point to areas where you may feel lacking.

Don’t worry if you’re making waves simply by being yourself. The moon does it all the time.

Accepting the human condition means to accept all the swings of emotion and learning to stand in a conscious place of objective awareness while they are happening. One of my greatest lessons was learning the art of self-control. That does not mean to suppress an emotion but to feel the emotion, and yet, to have enough awareness and clarity to understand that reacting is a sort of unconscious knee-jerk reaction to a situation based on past experiences or trauma. Rarely is a present situation completely the same as a past one. Being in the present means to stay awake to the newness is every moment and to not overlay past experiences on present situations. It is easy to say but hard to do as brains are storehouses of information and they love to do comparative analysis. Today, look at everything with the eyes and wonder of a child. When you see things from a place of newness life becomes exciting and magical.
