January 28th is the number 11. I know that you look out there and there seems to be such uncertainty. I know that it feels like you are not sure where you are going and if you will even get there. I know that your mind is feeling a bit off focus and you are feeling spread in 4 directions. And I know that you are doing your best to weather this uncertainty. Pat yourself on the back. You are still standing and you are fighting the good fight. The universe always shifts eventually but there are moments when you have to cope with what is right in front of you moment by moment and that does not leave much time for speculation or day-dreaming. Honestly, that is a good thing today. As we come into the end of the month Mars in Scorpio is antagonizing and pushing that Mercury/Pluto energy and it is going to be an intense ride. Mercury is in the middle of this storm even after it stops going retrograde. So you feel as if the Mercury retrograde is still happening and on many levels that is actually true as we are in the shadow of Mercury for another 2 and 1/2 weeks. From the 19th to the 31st, expect a lot of strange conversations with people that might cause chaos and disruption in you, your life, and in the world you believed you lived in. Today it is time to find the courage and find within you the places of hope. Yu can break through the fear and discover the well of strength inside that is willing to break out of the karmic traps that have held you so tightly in a noose not letting your life have breath.

Being a Leo, I rise with the sun, so when it just barely starts to get light and am awake. I love the quiet of the morning. I love the peaceful stirrings of life as it opens to the new day. To me each day is a new day, a new beginning, and a new life filled with possibilities. A hopeful expression of the grace within myself that years to become on with this amazing gift….life. The morning light is always bluish in hue. It is the color of calm, the reflection of the water that captivates all life on this planet. As the light comes further in the birds greet the day with songs, the trees softly dance in the calm breezes, and the ground squirrels venture out of their nest to chew the soft green grass. How do you greet the day? Do you greet the day with open arms and embracing the wonder of it all? Hear the birds singing and sing back to them. Wave your arms at the trees in greeting. And put out some nice seeds for the ground squirrels and watch their excitement and enthusiasm. That alone will make it a great day.
