Numerology/Astrology for 12/14/15

December 14th is the number 7. Structure is essential as we move closer to the holidays. It is going to be a great one but a little preparation never hurt anything. The Moon continues its transit of Capricorn until 7:59 AM EST, when it enters Aquarius. Sun forms a square with Jupiter this morning, and while this can stimulate big, optimistic thinking and elevated moods, this state of mind is a little fragile as it may be overblown and unrealistic. You could feel vague restlessness and discontent with life as it is. You want more, but be careful to not overreach at this time. In an effort to attach more meaning to your lives, you might come up with new ideas and possible paths, but you could also overestimate your capabilities. Circumstances are such today that you are going to learn that bigger isn’t necessarily better. A sextile between Mercury and Neptune this afternoon, and you are tuned in to your intuition, you are more sensitive artistically, and your imagination can run wild. There can be more compassion or gentleness in your communications.

Quote

For far too long we have been seduced into walking a path that did not lead us to ourselves. For far too long we have said yes when we wanted to say no. And for far too long we have said no when we desperately wanted to say yes… When we don’t listen to our intuition, we abandon our souls. And we abandon our souls because we are afraid if we don’t, others will abandon us.

Can you feel the shifts as we move towards the middle of the month? Priorities are shifting and things are slowly beginning to make sense. It is making sense because you can no longer deny the conflicts happening all around you and you need to speak out about those conflicts regardless of where that conversation may or may not lead you. The only way to find hope and optimism is to speak up and problem solve about what is not working but to do it with great heart and compassion. If you do not have compassion for yourself then you cannot have compassion for others in this time where the reality is showing itself in a very harsh manner. It is hard to look at the reflections of our judgmental self or our petty, childish reactive mind. Yes, each of us is still a child inside somewhere and we can see that reactive mind externalized in our world where people who are not educated in critical thinking are playing at games of power and importance. It shocks us to see that there are those out there who actively seek to satisfy themselves only and love to stir chaos and upset in those with less discernment and mental clarity. There are always lessons to be learned and today it is to look at where you do not have compassion for your own childish nature and to be gentle with the fact that you do want something that is a bit petty, and you may not get it, and that also will have to be okay.
